Returns
We want you to be completely 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations; you may return the product, provided it is in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email us via our contact us page and include your invoice/order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Returns Process: It can take up to 10 working days from the time your return is received to process your refund. Only products purchased online from the PEARLOP website will be accepted for return. If you have purchased a PEARLOP product from another online store or retailer, please contact them directly.
